Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email on your receipt, or contact support@ascend.app.

Lifetime purchases are refundable within the same 30-day window. Subscription renewals are refundable per Paddle's standard policy.
