These terms govern your use of Ascend ("the Service"), provided by Ascend Fitness ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Ascend provides AI-assisted self-improvement coaching across appearance, body, and mind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and outputs from AI features may be inaccurate and are not medical, professional, or therapeutic advice.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing others' intellectual property, uploading content you don't have rights to, or interfering with security (probing, scraping, malware).

Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You grant us a limited licence to host and process content you upload solely to provide the Service.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages, subject to carve-outs required by law.
